A soft opening season is taking place in Long Beach for its newest hush-hush cocktail bar, Tokyo Noir. This intimate Japanese-style bar, combines artful mixology with precision and an izakaya-inspired menu. Bartender Kevin Lee, formerly of The Wolves, delivers seasonal cocktails like mezcal highballs and Astro Boy, featuring sweet potato shochu.
